How does it work?

  • The rewards program allows you to use your points to book flights. All destinations operated entirely by Air Transat are eligible, without any travel date restrictions. Your points, your choice!

    Take advantage of ultimate flexibility.

    Start enjoying your points right away, there’s no need to wait until you’ve accumulated enough points to cover your entire trip. With partial payment in points, you can choose to use your points to reduce the cost of your booking or to cover the full flight fare and carrier surcharge*.

    You decide how many points to use, whether they cover 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or even 100% of the eligible amount, based on your needs and available points balance.

    *The number of points required varies according to the price of the flight ticket at the time of booking. Airport taxes, fees and other applicable charges must be paid in cash. No promo codes can be applied to reservations made with points. Payment for any extra options added to the flight must be made in cash only.

    And that’s not all: even when you use your points, you continue to earn more!

    When paying partially with points, points are attributed to the portion of the trip that has been paid in cash, before airport taxes, fees and other applicable charges.

  • General conditions regarding usage of points

    To use points during the test phase of the program, you must connect to your member account.
    If your itinerary is eligible*, payment options in points will appear after the selection of the complete itinerary and before the addition of extras (Option Plus, checked baggage, seat selection, etc.).
    *Only itineraries operated entirely by Air Transat, and flights booked without promo codes are eligible. Payment for any extra options added to the flight must be made in cash only.

  • Important information:

    • Points may be used exclusively on airtransat.com
    • Points are applied to the entire reservation (all passengers included).
    • Airport taxes, fees and other applicable charges must be paid in cash.
    • The number of points required varies according to the price of the ticket at the time of booking.
    • The modification or cancellation conditions are the same as they would be for a reservation paid in cash. If cancellation is allowed, the portion paid in points will be reimbursed in points, and the portion paid in cash will be reimbursed in cash.

  • Using points from a group account

    If the reservation was made from a group account:

    • Points will be deducted from the group account
    • Individual balances will be adjusted proportionally according to the contribution made by each member of the group
