As a Staria member, not only do you earn points on your purchases, but you also earn stars that give you access to lots of little extras that will enhance your travel experience before, during and after your trip. Because there’s more than one way to travel, and there’s more than one way to get rewarded with Staria.

 
 

How does it work?

  • Step 1

    Complete missions

    With Staria, there are lots of easy ways to earn stars, like completing your profile, creating a constellation or simply connecting to your account once per month.

  • Step 2

    Unlock rewards

    Stars are designed to enhance your Staria experience. Enjoy inflight extras, bonus points or airport privileges.

  • Step 3

    Continue your journey

    Once you have accumulated a certain number of stars, you’ll have access to a choice of rewards. You get to choose the one you want most!

Discover missions waiting for you

  • Access your member’s space to see the type of mission you need to complete to get your first stars. Return to the space regularly to see where you’re at in your journey and to be sure you don’t miss anything.

Frequently asked questions

How can I find out how many stars I still need to reach the next level?

The number of stars required to unlock the next reward choice will be shown in your member’s space, next to the next reward to be reached.

How long do I have to choose my reward?

You have 30 days from the time a reward choice is unlocked to make your selection.

If no reward is selected before the end of this period, a default reward will automatically be assigned to your account.

How do I choose a reward?

When a reward choice is unlocked, you can view the details of each reward by clicking “Learn more”.

Once you have made your selection, click “Select,” then “Confirm.”

The reward will be added to your account within hours of confirming your selection.

Where can I see the rewards I have already earned?

All your active and used rewards are available in your member’s space.
