Air Transat’s operations continue as scheduled and are not affected by the labour disruption. If you have a booking with Air Transat, your travel plans remain unchanged.

Information for WestJet travellers

If your travel with WestJet has been affected, travel options may be available in collaboration with Air Transat, subject to availability.

If your WestJet booking has not been modified

• Please contact WestJet directly to learn about the options available to you.
• You may book a new flight with Air Transat if you wish to travel with us.

If WestJet has reprotected you on an Air Transat flight

• You can manage your booking, including adding or modifying services, and check in online using your new booking reference through Manage My Booking.
• If you have any questions about our services, please contact our Contact Centre.

We understand that this situation may be causing uncertainty for travellers. Air Transat is working with WestJet to accommodate affected passengers whenever possible and subject to availability.
