Traveller Care

Transat's health and safety program

We know that the pandemic has raised concerns about travelling. That’s why we created Transat’s Traveller Care, a program featuring health and safety measures at check-in, during boarding, on board and at destination—as recommended by regulatory authorities such as the International Civil Aviation Organization—so that you can travel with peace of mind.

Here’s what you can expect from us to get you there safely:

In preparation for your trip, consult our practical guide to check your travel eligibility and the entry requirements of your destination.
