CUBA special flexibility
Due to low occupancy rates in certain properties, local authorities have decided to temporarily close them and relocate guests to other establishments of an equivalent or higher category. This measure is intended to ensure the continuity and quality of the services provided.
Transat Flexibility
For any travel file with an arrival date between February 7 and April 30, 2026, at a hotel affected by a temporary closure, travelers may change the date, hotel, or destination without penalty.
The client or travel agency must submit a request for cancellation with the issuance of a travel credit. This credit will be generated within 48 hours, and travelers will then be able to book their new vacation for the date and destination of their choice. The credit will remain valid for one year from the original return date.
