Cancellation request - Hurricane Melissa

We understand that the situation in Jamaica following Hurricane Melissa may have disrupted your travel plans, and we want to offer you special flexibility. If you have a booking to Montego Bay (MBJ) with a departure between November 30, 2025, and January 4, 2026, inclusive, you may cancel your trip free of charge and receive a travel credit. This credit will be valid for one year from the originally scheduled departure date and can be applied toward any Transat product.
