Acceptance or refusal of new itinerary form.
This form is for acceptance or refusal of a new itinerary. This form may only be used within 28 days of reception of the itinerary change notification. If you have booked with a travel agency, please contact your travel agent to have them submit the form on your behalf.
If you choose to accept the proposed itinerary: Transat will evaluate your request to confirm eligibility. If eligible, and your reservation is for flights only, the new itinerary is already confirmed on your file no further action is required on your part. If eligible, and your booking includes accommodation and/or other land services, this may also be affected. If this is the case, you will receive a second notification with your options. If you decline the proposed options, you will have the possibility to cancel your booking and receive a full refund, according to the method of payment on file.
If you choose to refuse the proposed itinerary: Transat will evaluate your request to confirm eligibility. If eligible, we will proceed with the cancellation of the booking with an automatic refund in the payment method indicated on the file. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your refund. Once processed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
