Cancellation request form - Travel with peace of mind

If your travel plans have changed, you may be eligible to cancel your booking free of charge and receive a travel credit.

If you booked an Eco Standard or Club Standard flight between June 5 and September 1, 2026, for travel departing on or before September 8, 2026, you can cancel your trip free of charge and receive a travel credit. This credit will be valid for one year from the originally scheduled return date and can be applied toward any Transat product.

To proceed, please complete the following form at least 24h before the departure of the first flight in your reservation. If your reservation is not eligible, the cancellation will not be processed.

    The ‘Travel with peace of mind’ offer is valid for new individual bookings made between 5 June and 1 September 2026, for departures on or before 8 September 2026, to destinations in Europe, Africa and the South. The offer applies to Eco Standard and Club Standard fares and allows you to change your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, subject to any applicable fare difference, as well as to cancel your ticket in exchange for a credit for a future trip. The trip booked using the credit must take place no later than 12 months after the originally scheduled return date. Changes must be made by telephone via our Contact Centre. Cancellation requests must be submitted using the form provided for this purpose via the ‘Manage my booking’ section on airtransat.com. The offer is subject to change without notice and applies to flights operated by Air Transat only. Additional charges for baggage and optional products and services may apply. Bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
