Contest “Amp up your summer”

CONTEST RULES (hereinafter the “Rules”)

The "Amp up your summer contest ” (hereinafter the “Contest") is organized by Transat Tours Canada Inc. (hereinafter the "Organizer").

The Contest begins on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 12:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EDT) (hereinafter the “Contest Opening Date"), and ends on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST) (hereinafter the “Contest Closing Date").

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any person residing in Canada who has reached the age of majority during the Contest Period.

Excluded from this Contest are employees, agents, and representatives of the Organizer, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as members of their immediate families (father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children), their legal or common-law spouse, and all persons with whom such employees, representatives, and agents are domiciled.

2. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary

2.1. The “Amp up your summer” Contest is an online contest. It is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.

2.2. To enter the Contest, participants must complete the registration form on airtransat.com, with no purchase required, provided all required fields are completed between the Contest opening and closing dates.

3. PRIZE

3.1. Two (2) prizes (hereinafter the “Prize”) will be awarded.

Each prize consists of a pair of VIP tickets granting access to Piknic Électronik or OfF Piknic for the 2026 season in Montréal, on the date selected by the winner, subject to availability. VIP admission includes:

  • All the benefits of General Admission
  • Fast-track entry to the site
  • VIP terrace with breathtaking views of the Fizz Stage (main)
  • Exclusive toilets, bar and furniture
  • Foodtrucks
  • A diverse bar selection, with non-alcoholic options
  • Artistic lineup from the moment the doors open at 4 p.m. all the way until closing at 9:30 p.m.

Each prize has an approximate value of $118.

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS

4.1. The prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not exchangeable, refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.

5. WINNER SELECTION

5.1. A random draw for the two (2) winners will be conducted among all eligible entries received between the Contest Opening Date and the Contest Closing Date.
The draw will take place on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST, at the offices of Transat Tours Canada Inc., located at: 300 Léo-Pariseau Street, 5th Floor, Montreal, Quebec, H2X 4C2.

5.2.There is a limit of one (1) entry (form) per person for the duration of the Contest Period.

5.3.The odds of being selected depend on the number of valid entries received during the Contest Period.

A total of two (2) winners will be selected from all entries submitted before the Contest Closing Date.

6. PRIZE CLAIM

6.1.  To be declared a winner, the selected participant must:

6.1.1. Selected winners will be contacted by email by the Contest Organizer within three (3) business days following the draw and will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If a selected Participant does not accept the prize by email within seventy-two (72) hours for any reason, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and the Organizer will proceed with another draw. If the second (2nd) selected Participant cannot be reached by email within seventy-two (72) hours following the second (2nd) draw, all rights to the prize will be forfeited and the Organizer will proceed with another draw. If the third (3rd) selected Participant cannot be reached by email within seventy-two (72) hours following the third (3rd) draw, the prize will be forfeited.

6.2. Winners will be officially confirmed no later than July 8, 2026.

6.3. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or any other condition set out in these Rules will result in disqualification, and the prize awarded will be forfeited.

7. PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1. From time to time, and with the participant’s consent, the Organizer may use personal information provided in the declaration form for the purpose of:

7.1.1. contacting the winner to arrange prize fulfillment;

7.1.2. communicating directly with the participant regarding products and services offered by the Organizer, including special offers and travel information;

7.1.3. conducting surveys regarding the effectiveness of the Organizer’s website, advertising, and sales efforts.

7.2. Participants must indicate whether they consent to the use of their personal information by checking the appropriate box on the official declaration form.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant or cancel their entry if it is determined that they are participating or attempting to participate in a manner that does not comply with these Rules. Such participant may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities. Any decision made by the Organizer regarding this aspect of the Contest is final.

8.2. By entering this Contest, the selected participant and their guest consent, without additional compensation, to the use of their name, address, city, province, voice, comments, photographs, and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by the Organizer.

8.3. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

8.4. Incomplete entries, entries received after the Contest Closing Date, lost entries, non-compliant entries, or entries submitted by unauthorized means are void and will not be accepted in the draw.

8.5. The Contest is administered by the Organizer. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for entries that are received after the Contest Closing Date, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, falsified, altered, or destroyed, and such entries will be deemed void.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunction of any network, online computer system, telephone equipment, software, server, provider, email, or browser, including, without limitation, any issues with transmission or non-transmission of an entry form, regardless of the cause.
The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users, equipment, or programming associated with or used in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the Contest, including the processing of entries.
The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, loss, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
The Organizer is not responsible for any injury or damage arising from participation in the Contest. All entries become the property of the Organizer and will not be returned.
The Organizer reserves the right to destroy all Contest-related documentation once the legally required retention period has expired. The Organizer also reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if any factor interferes with its proper conduct in accordance with these Rules or any applicable law or regulation.

8.6. By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these Rules and agree to be bound by them and comply with them. Participants confirm that the Rules are complete and reasonably accessible.
