"Club Air Transat" Contest

CONTEST RULES
(hereinafter the “Rules”)

The “Club Air Transat” contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organized by Transat Tours Canada Inc., doing business as Transat (hereinafter the “Organizer”). The Contest runs from May 21, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. (ET) to July 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the Contest opening date, excluding employees, agents and representatives of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this Contest, as well as any other individuals directly involved in the organization of the Contest, and members of their immediate family (parents, siblings and children), their spouses or common-law partners, and any persons with whom such employees, representatives or agents reside.

2. HOW TO ENTER

2.1. No purchase required

The Contest is a free online contest. Participation is completed by filling out the official entry form available online, with no obligation to purchase. To be valid, all required fields of the form must be completed between the Contest opening date and closing date.
Bonus option: Voluntary subscription to the Organizer’s newsletter via the checkbox provided allows the participant to obtain one (1) additional entry. Each valid entry counts as one (1) entry.

3. PRIZE

One (1) grand prize (hereinafter the “Prize”) will be awarded in connection with this Contest.

The Prize consists of one (1) package of two (2) round-trip Club Class Air Transat flight tickets, for the winner and a guest of their choice, departing from Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) to an Air Transat destination of the winner’s choice, subject to availability.

  • Approximate retail value of the Prize: $5,000 CAD

4. PRIZE CONDITIONS

4.1. Flight reservations are subject to seat availability at the time of booking. Air Transat’s general conditions of carriage apply. Insurance fees, personal expenses, travel insurance, and required travel documents are not included in the Prize.

4.2. The Prize is issued as a non-transferable travel certificate. The winner will be contacted by the Organizer to coordinate the reservation. Travel must be completed no later than July 26, 2027. Travel cannot be completed during the following blackout periods:

  • Thanksgiving weekend: October 9 to October 12, 2026
  • Holiday season: December 14, 2026, to January 4, 2027
  • Spring break: February 27 to March 7, 2027
  • Easter period: March 25 to March 31, 2027
  • Construction holidays: July 25 to August 8, 2027

4.3. The Prize must be accepted as awarded. It is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No extension of the validity period will be granted.

4.4. The winner and their guest must travel on the same flights and on the same dates, both outbound and return.

4.5 The winner and their guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly included (including ground transportation to/from YUL airport, accommodation, meals and activities).

4.6 Travel arrangements must be made directly by the winner at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired departure date.

5. NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF THE PRIZE

5.1. A random draw will take place during the week of August 3, 2026, at the head office of Transat Tours Canada Inc.

5.2 The selected participant will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days following the draw.

5.3 To be officially declared a winner, the selected participant must:

  • Respond to the initial email or message from the Organizer within seventy-two (72) hours. Failing this, another eligible entry will be selected by random draw.
  • Correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited time, a standard mathematical skill-testing question.
  • Complete, sign and return the declaration form within ten (10) business days.

The winner’s name will be confirmed no later than August 24, 2026.

6. PERSONAL INFORMATION

With the participant’s consent, the Organizer may collect and use personal information for:

  • Administering the Contest and awarding the Prize
  • Communicating with participants
  • Sending marketing communications (if consent is provided)
  • Analyzing campaigns and web performance

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any non-compliant entry.

7.2. By accepting the Prize, the winner authorizes the use of their name, city of residence and image for promotional purposes.

7.3. This Contest is governed by applicable laws in Canada.

7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues.

7.5. In case of a force majeure, the Organizer may modify the Prize or travel dates.

7.6. Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Rules.

7.7. The winner’s name may be obtained after August 24, 2026, by sending a written request to: Transat Tours Canada Inc., Montreal, Attention: Camille Martel.
