Informations
Trusted Traveller programs, managed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), are intended for frequent travellers and provide modified screening for pre-approved members, improve security with more efficient screenings, and facilitate legitimate trade and travel.
To learn more about Trusted Traveller Programs, visit the US Department of Homeland Security site Will open in a separate browser window.
Air security programs are developed by government authorities in collaboration with air carriers to ensure the safety of air travel using screening systems and watch lists. Consequently, individuals posing a threat are identified so that actions may be taken to prevent any potential risk.
As part of these programs, passengers booking a flight must provide specific information to the air carrier including their full name, date of birth, gender. Passengers who have been issued a Canadian Travel Number (CTN) or a Redress Number are encouraged to provide this information to facilitate the screening process.
To learn more about Air Security Programs, visit our page on Air Security Programs.
As our reservation system is unable to accommodate a KTN, a CTN or a Redress Number at present, this information must be provided separately from the booking process, by using this form.
