Air Transat Atmosphere magazine 2015-2016

DECEMBER 2016 - JUNE 2017 EDITION

This issue of Atmosphere is all about duality – two opposites melding together to form a complex and fascinating whole. Like in Cartagena, the jewel of Colombia, where the  Old Town intersects with idyllic beaches and modern neighbourhoods; or in Nicaragua, the perfect blend of urban jungle and wild nature. See two unique sides of Canada by tracing the footsteps of the Vikings who landed some 1,000 years ago in Newfoundland, as well as those of the gold prospectors of the 1890s in Yukon. Then make your way across the Atlantic to unravel famous Scottish and  Irish legends and to discover the surprising role the bikini played in Spain’s transition from dictatorship to democracy. We hope that these stories will inspire you to travel the world and write your own narrative.
