The union representing our pilots has informed Air Transat of a strike notice on December 7, which can be exercised in 72 hours. This means that the strike could formally begin on December 10 and that our operations will be disrupted until an agreement is reached. For more details, click here.

Recall of Certain Anker Portable Chargers

The Government of Canada has issued a recall notice for specific Anker portable charger models due to potential safety risks. The affected models include:

  • Anker Power Bank (Model A1647)
  • Anker Zolo Power Bank (Models A1681 and A1689)

As a precautionary measure, we ask that passengers do not bring these chargers on board our flights.
