Located 23 km north of Paris and accessible by RER and the Roissybus, the airport also offers shuttle service between terminals. Travellers will find a number of shops, services and food courts, including three located in Terminal 3 (which will be renamed Terminal 2 as of March 2027). Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout all airport terminals.

Air Transat Check-In Counters

  • Club Class: Our dedicated Club Class and Option Plus counters offer priority check-in to passengers who have opted for these services. Option Plus passengers are also welcome to check in at the Club Class counter if there are no clients waiting in line.
  • Economy Class: All other passengers are invited to check in at our Economy Class counters.

    Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport offers families various services to make travelling with little ones easier and more enjoyable:

    • Kids zone: spaces with touch screen TV, play games, hopscotch and an interactive planisphere are just some of the entertainment options available for young children at the various terminals.
    • Baby’s corner: All the sanitary spaces at the Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle airport are suitable for families with babies, with changing tables and a colourful and friendly decoration.

  • Connected to Paris

    There are a number of ground transportation options available from Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport:

    • RER: The Île-de-France regional express network serves the whole of Paris and its metropolitan area, sharing some of its stations with the metro network. It is the most common means of transport from Paris Charles-de-Gaulle International Airport.
    • Roissybus: This bus service offered by the Paris Autonomous Transportation Authority (RATP) operates between the airport and the Opera station, with all day departures at an average frequency of 20 minutes.
