    All travelers are required to complete an electronic Embarkation / Disembarkation form You will be redirected to a new website. A new window will open. within 48 hours from departure for Guyana.
    The form must be completed individually by each traveller, 18 years of age and older, before arriving and leaving Guyana. When travelling as a family, children under 18 years of age can be registered on one of the parent/guardian’s form.
    Once the form is completed, travelers will receive a QR code that must be presented, electronically or a printed version, to authorities in Guyana.
    Without the QR code, boarding the aircraft from Canada will be denied.
