  • Please note that your departure or return flight may be operated by a carrier other than Air Transat.

    You can check the name of the carrier operating the flight when you make your reservation and on your e-ticket (see the line "operated by").

    • If your flight number is preceded by a "TS" designator (e.g. TS123), the policies of Air Transat are in effect.
    • For flight numbers preceded by any other airline partner code, please refer to their website to learn more about the carrier’s transportation regulations, as they may differ from Air Transat’s. You can check this information at the time of booking and on your e-ticket (see "Flight operated by").
    • If your Air Transat flight number is between 2000 and 3999 (ex: TS2345), in-flight entertainment will be provided on your own mobile device.
