Special Services and Products Availability

Certain services and products carried on Air Transat-operated flights are available in limited quantities. We strongly recommend that they be pre-registered or purchased as soon as possible, ideally on the day you book your trip.

These services are not offered on codeshare flights or on flights operated by another carrier.

^**Please note that some flights may be subject to loading restrictions. Consequently, prepaying for space for an animal in the checked baggage hold does not guarantee it will be accepted on board. Acceptance is subject to operational restrictions, and we reserve the right to cancel the service at any time.
