Due to the precarious situation in the state of Jalisco (including Puerto Vallarta), where local authorities are advising against all movement, some flights to and from Puerto Vallarta will be disrupted.
At this time, the evolving situation does not allow us to anticipate safe operations today, February 23.
Passengers who were originally scheduled to travel on February 22 or 23 have been contacted by email and informed of the options available to them.
The safety of our passengers and crew remains our top priority. We are closely monitoring the situation in collaboration with local authorities.
- For departures from Canada to Puerto Vallarta on February 24 and 25: Exceptional flexibility measures have been implemented to allow travellers to adjust their travel plans. Passengers travelling to Puerto Vallarta on February 24 or 25 may change their reservation without penalty or cancel their trip and receive a travel credit valid for 12 months from the original return date.
- For departures as of February 26: Standard terms and conditions apply.
- For flights elsewhere in Mexico: Our operations are proceeding as scheduled.
Further updates will be communicated regularly.
