Air Transat, like other carriers, has been notified by Cuban authorities of a temporary suspension of kerosene refuelling at the country’s airports.

Please rest assured that despite this situation, which is beyond our control, Air Transat plans to operate its flights as scheduled.

We understand that these circumstances may be concerning. Therefore, given the unpredictable nature of the situation, we are offering flexibility to our customers travelling on the following flights:

• February 9 – TS358 YUL–HOG
• February 9 – TS814 YUL–VRA

Flexibility options:

• Change of travel date, with no penalty, or
• Full refund
