Who can join the Staria rewards program?

Joining the rewards program is free and open to everyone aged 2 and over.

Visit the account creation page to become a member.

Minors aged 2 and over can become members when enrolled by their parent or legal guardian. To enrol a child, log in to the Member’s Space and go to the “Constellation” section. Click “Add a member,” then select “Junior member” and follow the steps to complete the registration.

Please note that enrolment in the program is currently only available on the Canadian versions of AirTransat.com and Transat.com.

How can I create my Staria account?

Visit the account creation page to become a member.

To create your account, enter your email address. A verification email will be sent to you. Once your email address has been verified, complete the form with your personal and contact information, then create your password.

How do I add my membership number at the time of booking?

You must be logged into your account to add your membership number at the time of booking.
