Temporary Suspension of Flights to Cuba: Air Transat’s Customer Return Plan is Complete

Over the past seven days, Air Transat has carried out an ambitious plan that enabled the smooth and orderly return of over 6,500 passengers to their homes. As of this writing, the final flights are en route to Canada.

For cancelled trips that had not yet started and were scheduled up to April 30, 2026, refunds are currently being processed and will be completed by the end of the week. Refunds are issued automatically, and no action is required from customers.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the customer’s bank account, depending on the financial institution.
