Air security programs
are developed by government authorities in collaboration with air carriers to ensure the safety of air travel using screening systems and watch lists. Consequently, individuals posing a threat are identified so that actions may be taken to prevent any potential risk.
As part of these programs, passengers booking a flight must provide specific information to the air carrier including their full name, date of birth, gender. Passengers who have been issued a Canadian Travel Number (CTN)
or a Redress Number
are encouraged to provide this information to facilitate the screening process.
As our reservation system is unable to accommodate a CTN or a Redress Number at present, this information must be provided separately from the booking process, by using this form.
You can speak to an agent at any time by calling 1-877-TRANSAT (872-6728) (toll-free) or +1-514-636-3630. It will be our pleasure to serve you.
