Daniel Vézina is one of Quebec’s most renowned chefs. He has been developing refined and authentic cuisine for more than 30 years, and is owner of the prestigious Laurie Raphaël restaurant in Quebec City. A charismatic and well-known personality, he’s also a culinary writer and host of several cooking shows. Daniel Vézina has created, especially for our passengers, a gourmet menu to celebrate vacations.





 

Meal service

 

The Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina is included in the Club Class service and is available, in limited quantity, to passengers in Economy Class for CA $25 (USD $25, €20, £15, CHF 25).

Or choose from our breakfast options by our Chef! Each meal is served with a plain croissant, yogourt, orange juice and coffee.


For flights to Europe departing from 10 pm local time, a soup will now be served in addition to the light snack and the full hot breakfast already offered.
