CHECK-IN

Check-in counter opening times

All passengers are asked to check in at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of their flight, with the exception of those passengers who have selected their seats in advance. They can arrive at the check-in counter 2 to 2 1/2 hours prior to departure. Check-in counters are open 3 hours prior to scheduled departure for flights to and from Florida, and 4 hours prior to scheduled departure for flights to and from Edinburgh and Belfast.

• Florida flights (Fort Lauderdale and Orlando): 60 minutes prior to departure
• Edinburgh and Belfast flights: 45 minutes prior to departure

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS (5 to 12 years of age inclusive)

Skyservice Airlines accepts unaccompanied minors from 5 to 12 years of age inclusive. There is no charge.

YOUTH PASSENGERS (13 to 17 years of age inclusive)

Passengers between 13 and 17 years of age can travel alone. These passengers are responsible for proper travel identification to gain entry to the aircraft.

TRAVELLING WITH AN INFANT

Skyservice Airlines does not provide skycots for infants.

Make your Advance Seat Selection when you purchase your tickets, up to 48 hours prior to your departure.

All seats with extra leg room are considered emergency exit rows. Therefore, passengers with special needs/medical problems cannot obtain them.

SPECIAL MEALS

There are no special meals available on Florida flights.

Special meals are available on flights between Canada and Edinburgh or Belfast.

EXPECTANT MOTHERS

Certain air travel restrictions apply to women in the later stages of pregnancy. You should also pay particular attention to your return date in order to respect the restrictions that apply to flying during pregnancy:

• Up to the 35th week of pregnancy, women can travel without restriction;
• From the 36th week of pregnancy on, they must present a recent doctor's letter confirming both the stage of pregnancy and fitness to fly;
• From the 39th week of pregnancy on, women are not authorized to travel on any Skyservice Airlines flight.
