Daniel Vézina is one of Quebec’s most renowned chefs. He has been developing refined and authentic cuisine for more than 30 years, and is owner of the prestigious Laurie Raphaël restaurants in Quebec City and Montreal. A charismatic and well-known personality, he’s also a culinary writer and host of several cooking shows. Daniel Vézina has created, especially for our passengers, a gourmet menu to celebrate vacations.



 

Meal service

The Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina is included in the Club Class service and is available, in limited quantity, to passengers in Economy Class for CA $25.

In addition to a main dish created by the chef himself, the Chef’s Menu by Daniel Vézina offers you bread with butter, a cheese plate with crackers, a glass of wine and dessert. All this is available for CA $25 and can be pre-ordered for flights to/from Europe starting May 1, 2017, for departures as of May 15, 2017, or can be purchased directly on board as of May 1, 2017.

Passengers can pre-order meals for flights to the South, the United States and within Canada (longer than three hours) as of July 1, 2017.

Only a limited quantity of Chef's Menu by Daniel Vézina meals will be available on each flight, so we encourage you to pre-order yours 45 days to 48 hours before departure, and 60 days to 48 hours before your return.
